Changed your mind? You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the price you paid. It needs to be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Email us first with your order number and we'll send you the return address and instructions.

Arrives safely, or we replace it
Fragile pieces are wrapped and boxed to travel safely. If anything arrives damaged, email us a photo of the item and the box. Please tell us as soon as you can, ideally within 7 days, so we can lodge a claim with the courier. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't pay any postage.
12-month warranty
Every product is covered against faults in materials or workmanship for 12 months from delivery, under normal household use. If a fault appears, we'll repair, replace or refund the item. The warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or using the item other than as intended.
